Placing
an Order
We will accept orders placed by telephone, fax, email or in writing.
There is no minimum order value.
Payment
Credit accounts are opened subject to status and are due 30 days from
invoice date. For non account customers orders need to be accompanied
with a cheque for the full value including VAT.
Delivery
Every effort is made to ensure that delivery dates quoted are adhered.
In circumstances where delivery times cannot be met, you will be notified
of an alternative suitable date. There is a £10 handling charge
for orders below £150.
Shortages, Defective and Incorrect Goods
Customers must inspect goods shortly after delivery. we take care
to meet your requirements as specified. In the unlikely event that
we supply you with goods which differ from your order please notify
us within three working days from delivery. Claims that goods are
damaged or defective ( where damage or defect is apparent on visual
inspection) must be made by telephone or writing within three working
days. Failure to notify will mean that the goods have been accepted
as delivered. Incorrectly ordered goods, we will charge a nominal
fee for handling and carriage.
VAT
Prices in our catalogue do not include VAT.
